Project Management
Project management is a carefully planned and organized effort to accomplish a specific one-time effort, such as construct a building or implement a new computer system. Lasell’s Project Management concentration gives students the skills needed to develop a project plan, define project goals and objectives, specify tasks of how goals will be achieved, and ensure the plan is carried out efficiently. Graduates receive a Master of Science in Management.
