Graduate Curriculum and Course Descriptions
Lasell offers a Master of Science in Management degree with concentrations in Elder Care Administration,
Elder Care Marketing, Fundraising Management, Management, Marketing, Non-Profit Management, Human Resources Management and Project Management. Five course graduate certificates are available in each
concentration.
The Graduate Certificate option is composed of:
- 15 credits
- 3 concentration courses
- 2 electives*
The MSM program is structured as follows:
- Total degree requires 36 credits, of which up to 6 may be waived based on prior courses taken.
- 21 credits (7 courses) comprise the core offerings
- 15 credits in the concentration, divided between required and elective courses
- All students complete an electronic portfolio
The curriculum is based upon seven central pedagogical themes. These themes are:
