Mission

Established in 2001, The RoseMary B. Fuss Center for Research on Aging and Intergenerational Studies, at Lasell College, is dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for older adults through research, community partnerships, and teaching focused on aging, lifelong learning, and intergenerational programs.

Location

The Fuss Center is housed at Lasell Village. The Village, a trend-setting continuing care retirement community, with a built-in lifelong learning component, is located on the Lasell College campus and serves as home to 210 elders. In order to reside there, residents must commit to completing 450 hours of a formal, individualized continuing education program supervised by a full-time academic dean. This lifelong learning arrangement makes Lasell Village and its residents unique among retirement communities.
