Biography: Dr. Mathieu's commitment to the field of athletic training has taken form as a clinician, preceptor and educator. Her current scholarly area of interest explores critical thinking and clinical reasoning within athletic training education. Dr. Mathieu has infused her knowledge regarding effective teaching into the didactic setting by creating engaging and thoughtful learning experiences. Her goal is to facilitate a classroom experience that will encourage problem solving and transfer of knowledge to real-life athletic training practice.

Lasell College Wins NEA Grant to Create Online Fashion Design Catalog  Thursday, May 2, 2013Lasell College President Michael B. Alexander announced today that the College is the recipient of a $20,000 2013 National Endowment for the Arts matching grant to assist in the creation of an online fashion design catalog. The Lasell grant proposal was one of 50 grants funded by the NEA in its Art Works Design category.
