What are Eco-Reps? They are student leaders/peer educators/researchers/activists responsible for:

Green Events on Campus like Earth Day, LARD Fest and Recyclemania
Green Programming like "Green Lights" CFL Exchange Program
Outreach to the whole Lasell community encouraging green or environmentally friendly behavior
Researching data on programs, monitoring behavior change, and compiling current trends in the field.

The CCBL in partnership with Plant Operations will be hiring up to 3 Eco-Reps for the Fall of 2012.

Faculty Profile

Salam Mir, Ph.D.Associate Professor of EnglishDr. Mir enjoys teaching reading and writing, as well as literature, especially postcolonial literature, women studies, and the classics; she has a special interest in teaching Technical/Professional Communication as well.

Lasell College Wins NEA Grant to Create Online Fashion Design Catalog Thursday, May 2, 2013Lasell College President Michael B. Alexander announced today that the College is the recipient of a $20,000 2013 National Endowment for the Arts matching grant to assist in the creation of an online fashion design catalog. The Lasell grant proposal was one of 50 grants funded by the NEA in its Art Works Design category.
