Nancy Lawson Donahue'49 Institute for Values and Public Life

The Nancy Lawson Donahue ‘49 Institute is all about asking critical questions:

  • What is social justice?
  • Why do social justices exist?
  • What can we do to bring about change?

The Donahue Institute sponsors programs such as speakers, forums, debates, films, exhibits, workshops, plays - any format that encourages critical thinking about morality, our values, our role in our own community and the world community. We address issues of gender, race, sexuality, immigration, poverty, genocide, environment and many other human rights abuses.
