Academic Advising Center and First Year Programs

The Academic Advising Center and First Year Programs serves as a resource for both students and faculty. The Center oversees all academic advising for undergraduate students, as well as all Undeclared Majors.

Lasell College has a faculty based advising system. Faculty advisors provide students with office hours each week to meet and discuss issues such as: developing educational and career goals, succeeding academically, planning internships, and meeting graduation requirements. Advisors also refer students to the many services available at the College.

The Academic Advising Center and First Year Programs also oversees the First Year Seminar Peer Mentoring programs for first year students. The Center aims to help students succeed as productive members of the Lasell College community.
