President Michael B. Alexander led an intensive Strategic Planning workshop October 12 through 14 during which 41 representatives from every constituence group of the Lasell College community worked to develop the following:

• Mission Statement
• Identification of Lasell-specific Values
• Lasell College Positioning Statement
• Lasell College Objectives Prioritization (12 - 18 months)
