"I came to Lasell knowing only one other person, but the community and everyone around campus was so friendly and positive. In just one year I have met some of my closest friends! We all call each other ‘family' and we even were able to get together for our first annual ‘Family Reunion' this past summer."

"Next year I am excited to start spending more time in the classroom at the local high schools, completing my observation hours and student teaching!"

Faculty Profile

Carole Center, Ph.D. Director of the Writing Program; Assistant Professor of English Carole Center's teaching philosophy is founded on respect for students' intellectual curiosity and desire to communicate effectively to others. She participates in the College Composition and Communications Conference sponsored by the National Council for the Teaching of English and the Council of Writing Program Administrators.
