Biography:
Linda Bruenjes' research centers upon the application of an inquiry-based curriculum focused on social issues, merged with an applied approach to the knowledge acquisition of digital communication tools.

She served as the Joan Weiler Arnow Professor at Lasell College from 2002 through 2004. Professor Bruenjes has recently co-authored the chapter on Internet2 for the Handbook of Computer Networks. Most recently she has been studying how technology can assist faculty to meet course objectives while providing students with the skills needed to become confident in their ability to compete in a hi-tech environment.

Linda Bruenjes currently serves as a member of the Parent/Advisory Committee at Northeastern University and Secretary of the Sandy Point Sailing Program in Beverly, Massachusetts.

What is your teaching philosophy for Lasell courses?
"Education is not just a profession to me -- it is a lifelong pursuit. I strongly believe in Mahatma Ghandi's suggestion that one should "Live as if you were to die tomorrow, Learn as if you were to live forever."
